PROJECT OVERVIEW

This Administrative Office Building was developed as a complete BIM-based architectural project, designed to support modern workplace functionality, transparency, and efficient circulation. The concept is defined by an elevated upper volume, expansive curtain-wall façades, and a bold wrapped architectural frame that creates a strong visual identity.

The building integrates open-plan office areas, meeting spaces, circulation zones, and a double-height glazed entrance, allowing natural light to penetrate deep into the interior. The transparent façades strengthen the connection between indoor workspaces and the surrounding landscape, while the raised ground level creates a welcoming and flexible public-facing arrival zone.

The project was modeled and documented in Revit, including coordinated floor plans, sections, elevations, schedules, façade development, and detailed 3D views.
